Terms and Conditions for 10X Home Services

  • These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") for 10X Home Services is effective as of February 25, 2025.
  • You are being granted access to 10X Home Services maintained by Cardone Ventures, LLC (d/b/a 10X Home Services) and Lessen LLC (respectively, “Cardone” or "Lessen" or collectively, "We" or “Us”). By using the services, website, and applications accessible through 10X Home Services, Cardone or Lessen (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Services. Should you violate any of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to 10X Home Services.

1. Registration and Access to 10X Home Services

A.     Your right to access 10X Home Services is solely for the benefit of requesting or viewing Services.

B.     The information you supply during the registration process, and at other points where such information may be required in the course of using 10X Home Services, must be accurate and complete and you may not register or attempt to enter 10X Home Services under the name of another person or entity.

C.     You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login ID and password ("Access Credentials”), and for all activities that occur under your Access Credentials. All information transmitted by or received through your Access Credentials are binding to you. You agree that you are solely responsible for all transactions or acts that are validated through use of your Access Credentials, whether or not made with your knowledge or authority. You agree to guard your Access Credentials carefully and acknowledge that failing to keep it secure could enable others to engage in transactions for which you will be legally responsible. If you discover or suspect any unauthorized use of your Access Credentials or any other breach of security of your Access Credentials, you must immediately notify Cardone or Lessen at security@lessen.com.

D.     You may not access or attempt to access any password-protected portions of 10X Home Services without authorized Access Credentials or through any means other than by utilizing your authorized Access Credentials.

E.     You may not interfere, in any way, with others’ use of or access to 10X Home Services.

F.     Although we strive to protect the information provided to Cardone or Lessen, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the Internet. As such, we cannot ensure or be held responsible for the security of any information you transmit to or receive from us via the Internet beyond our commitment to employ appropriate security protocols.

G.     You agree that you will only access or use 10X Home Services if you are at least 18 years old.

H.     By requesting Services or using 10X Home Services, you agree that you have the authority to request Services, are the owner or authorized agent for owner of any property where Services are requested, and you will be responsible for any costs associated with the Services.

I.      You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms as it appears herein each time you access and use 10X Home Services. Each subsequent use of 10X Home Services confirms your assent to and agreement with these Terms.

2. Lessen Materials

A.     10X Home Services includes various types of information, materials, and content from Cardone, Lessen or their affiliates and partners ("Materials"). You acknowledge that Cardone, Lessen (or their approved partners) own all rights to Materials, and Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable laws.

B.     You may download, view, copy, and print Materials (i) solely for the benefit of Cardone or Lessen and (ii) provided that neither the Materials, nor any proprietary notices or disclaimers therein, are modified or altered, except as otherwise specifically permitted by Cardone or Lessen in writing.

C.     You may not, in any way, tamper with any application or offerings made available by 10X Home Services, Cardone or Lessen, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or unlawfully use same, nor may you assist any person or entity in any way in such activities.

3. Information You Submit

A.     You acknowledge that you are responsible for the information, data, and other content (collectively, "User Content") you upload or transmit to 10X Home Services, Cardone or Lessen, and that you, and not Cardone or Lessen, will bear full responsibility for each item of User Content, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.

B.     There are certain restrictions relating to the posting, uploading, or transmitting of User Content. Specifically, you may not:

  1. Upload or transmit any information that infringes or otherwise violates any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any third party.
  2. Upload or transmit any information that is defamatory, libelous, expresses hate, is unlawfully threatening, or harasses or advocates the harassment of another person.
  3. Upload or transmit any information that is pornographic, exploitative of a minor, or obscene.
  4. Upload or transmit any information that violates any legal rights of others or contains any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Upload software or programs contaminated with a computer virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other contaminating or destructive feature.
  6. Upload or transmit any information that by its disclosure violates any agreement or other obligation to which you are bound.

C.     By uploading or transmitting any User Content to 10X Home Services or related applications or offerings, you are hereby assigning to Cardone and Lessen all of your right, title, and interest (including intellectual property rights) in and to such User Content. Accordingly, Cardone and Lessen will have full rights to use, display, license, and distribute such User Content. You agree this includes the right to use your name, persona, and likeness included in any User Content in connection with delivering the Services, without any obligation or compensation to you.

D.     By uploading or transmitting any User Content to 10X Home Services, Cardone or Lessen, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You own or control all rights in and to the User Content and have the right to assign ownership of the User Content as set forth above.
  2. All of your User Content will comply with these Terms.
  3. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any User Content you submit or contribute, and you, not Cardone or Lessen, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.
  4. We are not responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any User Content uploaded or transmitted by you or any other user of 10X Home Services.

4. Confidentiality

  • Through access to and use of 10X Home Services, you will be privy to confidential and proprietary information of Cardone, Lessen, their affiliates and vendors ("Confidential Information"). This Confidential Information includes (but is not limited to) the Materials, any and all information regarding Cardone or Lessen affiliates or vendors, the User Content, and information regarding 10X Home Services, applications, and related offerings, including its features, specifications, and all intellectual property relating thereto. You are required to maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence and not disclose any such Confidential Information to third parties. You continued access and use of 10X Home Services or the Services is conditioned upon your adherence to the foregoing.

5. Disclaimer

  • Cardone and Lessen provide 10X Home Services "As Is" and without warranties of any kind.
  • You hereby waive and release Cardone, Lessen and their affiliates from any and all claims, losses, costs, or damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from or in any way related to your use of 10X Home Services or the Services. This limitation applies to any and all liability or causes of action however alleged or arising. We will not be liable to you for loss of use, product liability, or for any incidental, special, indirect, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of 10X Home Services or the Services.

6. Minors

  • 10X Home Services is not intended for children under the age of eighteen and should not be used by anyone under eighteen.

7. Severability

  • If any provision in these Terms shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall not affect any other provision hereof, and these Terms shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.

8. Changes to these Terms

  • We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make a change to these Terms that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you that the policy has changed and provide you with an opportunity to review. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you will be bound by the revised Terms.
