Growing up in a small midwestern town gave me a deep appreciation for hard work, honesty, integrity, and adding value where I saw opportunity. My earliest job started when I was 12 years old “walking the beans” with a local farming family. Then I progressed from running the paper route to starting a lawn mowing company with one of my best friends to several other jobs as I worked through high school and college.

My career has come a long way from the bean-walking days over three decades ago. I have accumulated 20+ years of institutional investment and operational experience leading expansive teams across a variety of real estate and technology strategies throughout many highs and lows. Along the way, I have co-founded, invested in, or advised several small businesses; some with remarkable outcomes and others valuable learning lessons.
