Backstory
My team is special because we are connectors. We are the “people” people. Through a balance of empathy and professionalism, we promote an environment where both the organization and our employees can thrive. We drive initiatives and humanize the realization of business success by connecting the what, the how, and the why.
We are dedicated to fostering a positive work culture, managing employee relations, developing our colleagues, and of course, ensuring compliance with labor laws. We don’t just identify and hire talent, we take that matchmaking to the next level by helping to ignite the spark of innovation, growth, and continuous improvement that propels our individual team members and in turn, drives organizational advancement. Lessens Learned
HR influence is valuing people and culture while delivering results and excellence. My parents provided a solid foundation of structure and discipline that I carry in both my personal and professional life. They set a high bar for achievement and excellence while instilling the importance of caring for others on the road to success. My dad is an engineer and held a leadership role in corporate while my mom managed our home. That combination of diligence, hard work, and nurturing empathy is how I curate my working style. I have spent over two decades connecting people to outcomes.
